Chairitable for Chandler Youth Arts

An art auction and event featuring hand painted and embellished chairs and tables by local artists.

Local artist will create a chair or a table that will be auctioned off during Chairitable Friday, March 15, 2013 6:00pm at Chandler Center for the Arts.
Admission is free.
Sponsorships from $500 to $5,000.
Live & Silent Auction.
Drawing - tickets $5 each for 5 for $20.
All of the funds raised by this event will generate youth arts programming in collaboration with some excellent visual arts educational organizations.
The funds will also generate job opportunities for artists to educate and inspire youth to think about the world in a new and visual way, to help them understand the importance of art in our everyday lives.
The Chandler Center for the Arts and Vision Gallery have been outspoken advocates and leaders in providing visual and performing arts educational programming that is free to the community.
In an environment that sees Arts funding being minimized or eliminated, the programs have provided significant opportunities for East Valley students to learn from performers and working artists.
In 2011 the Vision Kidz program provided arts educational workshops for over two thousand children.
Our goal is to work with additional arts based organizations across Arizona to bring additional programming to Chandler.
